Design & Development
We turn your sketch, photo or idea into a sample you can hold, with a clear spec sheet behind it.

What it is
Many buyers arrive without a technical drawing, and that is fine. Send a sketch, a photo of a garment you like, or a few lines about what you need. We work out the measurements, the pattern and the stitching details, and write them into a spec sheet both sides can follow.
Then we make a sample, usually within about a week. You check the fit, the fabric and the print. If something needs changing, we change it before the full order starts.
Methods
- Spec sheets written for you
- Pattern making
- Size grading from small to large
- Sample making
- Changes after your feedback
Best for
- Brands launching a first collection
- Clubs with a new kit design
- Buyers who only have a sketch or a photo
Common questions
I only have a sketch. Is that enough?
Yes. A sketch, a photo or a few lines about what you want is enough. We write the spec sheet and make the pattern.
How long does a sample take?
About 1 week once the design and spec sheet are agreed.
Can I change the sample?
Yes. Tell us what to change and we update it before the full order starts.
