7 steps from brief to doorstep
Samples in about 1 week, bulk production in 3–4 weeks after approval.
-
01
Sourcing
You tell us what the garment should feel like, or send one you like. We find matching fabrics and send you swatches to check.
-
02
Design & Development
We turn your sketch or photo into a spec sheet and a pattern, then make a sample. You check it and tell us what to change.
-
03
Cutting
Once you approve the sample, the fabric is cut to the pattern and sorted by size.
-
04
Printing
Your design is printed using the method that suits your fabric and your quantity.
-
05
Embroidery
Logos, crests and lettering are stitched on where needed. Not every order needs this step.
-
06
Stitching & Quality Control
Panels are sewn into garments, then checked for fit, finish, print and labels.
-
07
Packing & Delivery
Your order is counted, packed to your instructions and shipped to your door.
Common questions
Can you match my brand colour?
We match it as closely as we can on your chosen fabric, and show you the result before the full order.
Can you add player names and numbers?
Yes. Send us the list of names, numbers and sizes and we add them to each kit.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum is 25 pieces per style and colour. If you need fewer, send us the details anyway and we will tell you what we can do.
How long does a sample take?
About one week once the design and spec sheet are agreed. You can check the fit, fabric and print before we start the full order.
