What it is
Most problems are small ones: a loose thread, a slightly off colour, a wrong size label. They are easy to fix before packing and expensive to fix after delivery.
We check measurements, print and stitch quality, and labels. If you want to see your order before it ships, ask us. You are welcome to request photos or arrange your own inspection.
