- What happens if something is wrong when it arrives?
About the process
- Are printing, embroidery and sewing done in your own factory?
- Who will I talk to, and how quickly do they reply?
- Can you add my own labels and packaging?
About money and shipping
- What is included in the price, and what is extra?
- How do payment terms work?
- Do you ship to my country, by air and by sea, and how long does each take?
What to send them
