Sizes are often the slowest part of a team order. Here is a simple way to handle them when you do not have every measurement yet.
Start with a size sheet
Make one list with each person's name, number and size. Ask everyone to fill it in by one date. A shared sheet is easier to check than messages in a chat.
Make sizing easy for players
- Ask each person to measure a shirt they like and send the chest width
- Or ask them to try a sizing sample and say which one fits
- Tell them how the kit fits: roomy, regular or close
Plan some spares
New players join late and some people change size. Add a few extra pieces across the middle sizes. It is cheaper than a second small order.
Check the list twice
Spelling mistakes and repeated numbers are easy to miss and hard to fix after printing. Ask two people to check the sheet before you send it.
Tell us the fit you want
Different fabrics and cuts fit differently. If you already have a kit that fits well, send the measurements and we can match them.
Allow time
Collect sizes early, before the sample is approved if you can. Our guide on planning a team kit order shows how to work backwards from your first match.
Send us your size list when it is ready, or tell us the range and we will help you plan.
