What to send a manufacturer to get an accurate quote

A short checklist that gets you a real price and timeline, instead of a vague reply.

The more clearly you describe an order, the faster and more accurate the reply. You do not need a perfect brief. This checklist covers what matters.

The essentials

  • What you want made: for example football kits, hoodies or school uniforms
  • How many pieces, and roughly how many in each size
  • When you need them by

Helpful extras

  • A sketch, photo or tech pack. A photo of a garment you like is very useful.
  • The fabric you have in mind, or how you want it to feel
  • Your logo or artwork, as a PDF, AI, PNG or JPG file
  • How it should be decorated: printing, embroidery, names and numbers
  • Whether you want your own labels, hang tags or packaging
  • The country you want it shipped to

What happens next

We read your request and come back with questions if anything is unclear. Then you get a quote and a timeline. If you like it, we make a sample first, and the full order starts only after you approve the sample.

A tip on quantity

If you are not sure how many to order, tell us the range. We can show you how the price changes at different quantities, so you can decide with real numbers.

You can send all of this through the quote form on this site, or message us on WhatsApp.
