Who we are
This website is run by Amazing Sports, Paris Rd, Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. We decide how your details are used, so we are the data controller. You can reach us at info@amazingsports.net.
What we collect when you send a quote request
Only what you type into the form or upload:
- Your name, email and WhatsApp or phone number
- Your company and country, if you add them
- What you want made, the quantity, any decoration methods, your deadline and your message
- Artwork files, if you upload any
We also save the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm_source), and your IP address. We use these to stop spam and to learn which pages bring useful requests.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, make and ship your order. We also keep a record of our business dealings. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
Who sees it
Our own team. We also use service providers that host this website and send email on our behalf. They handle your details only to provide those services. If you place an order, shipping companies receive the delivery details they need.
Cookies and browser storage
Some of these are needed for the site to work, and these do not need your consent:
- A security cookie on the quote form, which protects it from misuse
- A session cookie that remembers the campaign tags and your last request during your visit
- Browser storage that remembers your light or dark choice and your cookie choice
Anonymous visit statistics are different. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, and to count clicks on WhatsApp, email and phone links and sent quote forms. It loads only if you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you press Decline, it never loads. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep our business records. If you would like yours deleted sooner, ask us.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop using them. Email us and we will reply. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Where your details are handled
Our factory is in Sialkot, Pakistan, so your request may be read there as well as in the country where our website is hosted. We take reasonable steps to keep it safe wherever it is handled.
Changes to this page
If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
